Entry Information
- Entry is open to satellite, cable, broadcast TV, radio stations, associated media and their agencies, and production houses. All entries should relate to broadcasters platforms, network, channel, programmes, products or services.
- Eligible material should have been produced between 11th September 2007 and 12th September 2008.
- Entries can be submitted on one tape, see entry requirements.
- No single entry can be entered into more than 3 categories.

Entry Payment
Cost of each entry:
· members: £125.00 / €157 * each entry
· non-members: £175.00 / €215 * each entry

VIDEO
- All entries should be made on PAL digi beta in either 16:9 anamorphic or 4:3 format.
- Entries can be made on one tape with 30” black in between each different clocked entry.
- A time coded log of the content of the tape should also be enclosed.
- Each clock/slate must feature the following information: category number, category name, entry title, company, duration and number of items.

- Categories requiring more than one item in a given category should have no more than 5” black between each item.
- All videotapes and boxes should be labelled and a copy of the entry forms should accompany each submitted tape.
- English translations (subtitled if possible) should accompany all non-English entries.
- In the long form promotional category, entries should be edited down if longer than 3 minutes, or only the first 3 minutes will be judged.
Audio
- All CDs must be labelled, and a copy of the entry form should accompany each entry.
- Please mount all entries on black poster board measuring 35x50cm or 50x75cm.
- Entries larger than 50x75cm should be submitted as a photograph on 35x55cm black poster board.
